IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Finlay Stakes is a technology platform that provides tools to help you organize your financial information and connect with independent insurance agents and investment consultants. Finlay Stakes Holdings Limited does not provide financial advice, sell financial products, or make decisions for users. The platform serves as an intermediary technology solution only.
By creating an account and using Finlay Stakes, you acknowledge and agree to these Client Terms.

3. PLATFORM SERVICES
Finlay Stakes provides the following technology services:

4. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM

Finlay Stakes operates exclusively as a technology platform. The company does not:

4.2 Independent Relationship
All consultants on the Finlay Stakes platform operate as independent professionals. The relationship between a client and a consultant is formed directly between those parties. Finlay Stakes is not a party to any client-consultant relationship.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Financial Decision-Making

7.2 No Guarantee of Match Quality
The matching algorithm provides suggestions only. Factors beyond the platform's control that affect match quality include:

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users may not engage in the following activities:

9. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
9.1 Account Creation
Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts. The platform reserves the right to verify information and suspend accounts containing false information.
9.2 Account Termination
Users may request account deletion by contacting hello@finlaystakes.com. Deletion requests are processed within thirty (30) days. Certain records may be retained as required by applicable laws and regulations.
9.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no activity for twenty-four (24) months may be subject to archiving procedures.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

FINLAY STAKES HOLDINGS LIMITED IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Finlay Stakes Holdings Limited, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- • Your use of and access to the platform
- • Your violation of any term of these Client Terms
- • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- • Any claim that your actions caused damage to a third party
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

15. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT
By clicking the "I AGREE" button below, I, the undersigned Client, acknowledge and agree that:
- I have read and understood this entire Client Terms & Conditions
- I am at least eighteen (18) years of age
- All information provided in this form is true, accurate, and complete
- I understand that Finlay Stakes is a technology platform only
- I understand that Finlay Stakes does not provide financial advice
- I accept full and sole responsibility for all my financial decisions
- I accept full and sole responsibility for verifying any consultant I engage
- I accept full and sole responsibility for the accuracy of my information and documents
- I agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein
- I understand that this Agreement is legally binding
- I understand that Finlay Stakes Holdings Limited is not responsible for anything
IMPORTANT: FINLAY STAKES HOLDINGS LIMITED IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING.
